Wednesday Mornings PLC, PP, SST, PD, DM, SM |
Classes start at 10:15 PLC = Personal Learning Community - From 8:50 to 10:15 every Wednesday morning the teachers are involved in one of the following: P.P. = Personal Planning - Teachers have time to plan for the following weeks and also meet with their subject sections. S.S.T. = School Support Team - Internal meeting of admin, guidance and support staff P.D. = Professional Development - Teachers are involved in meetings. D.M. = Department Meetings - Teachers meet with their departments. S.M. = Staff Meeting - Full staff meeting with all teachers and administrators. |
Assembly Day |
Period 1 is extended for school assemblies |
Calls Home |
Teachers call the parents or guardians of any of their students who may be in jeopardy of not receiving a credit in their course. |
CL/ACL Meeting |
Department Heads are called Curriculum Leaders and Assistant Curriculum Leaders. This meeting takes place after school and includes all the CL's, ACL's and the Administrators for the school |

Drop Everything And Read - All classes stop and students read for 20 minutes. This happens at 10:05 every Tuesday and Thursday from October to May |
